Operator Growth Program™
Fleet Expansion & Financing
Add equipment through the BINS APP supply network, and understand the financing pathways qualified operators may be able to access — with no rates quoted and no approval implied.
- Equipment stays yours
- Performance-based eligibility
- No franchise required
What fleet expansion means
Capacity is what turns demand into revenue.
Fleet expansion inside the Operator Growth Program™ is about getting the right equipment on the ground — not just more of it.
More containers on the ground
Adding cans so you can hold more jobs at once instead of turning work down or stretching swaps.
The right equipment mix
Matching sizes, hook heights and loading systems to the work in your market and the trucks you already run.
Coverage across more of your market
Enough capacity to accept jobs consistently in the areas where demand is already reaching you.
Headroom for larger accounts
Capacity is what makes multi-site and enterprise volume realistic to take on and keep.
Procurement
How procurement works through the supply network
One configuration, checked against what supply partners can actually build and deliver in your market.
Configure the equipment
Specify the loading system, container size, hook height, color and branding you want quoted.
Send it as a pricing request
Your configuration goes to the BINS APP supply network with your market, contact details and current fleet size.
Availability is checked for your market
Supply partners confirm what can actually be built and delivered, along with specifications and lead times.
Choose how you want to pay
Purchase directly, or — if you are eligible — explore a financing pathway with a third-party provider. Approval is theirs to give.
Build and delivery are scheduled
Production and delivery are coordinated with the supply partner and confirmed with you before anything is committed.
Put the equipment to work
The container runs on your jobs under your ownership, and completed work continues to build your program history.
Financing pathways
Pathways, not promises.
BINS APP is not a lender. We can describe the routes qualified operators may be able to take, and we do not decide the outcome of any of them.
Direct purchase
Buy outright through the supply network and skip any third-party approval process entirely.
Third-party financing pathways
Qualified operators may be introduced to financing options provided by third parties. BINS APP is not a lender and does not approve, underwrite or fund equipment.
Staged expansion
Add equipment in smaller blocks as your completed-job history and fleet credits build, rather than all at once.
Eligibility
What is needed to be considered
Consideration starts with your record on the platform. These are the inputs that matter — the published thresholds live in the Operator Performance Policy.
- A completed-job history on BINS APP inside the rolling review window
- On-time delivery and pickup performance at or above the published requirement
- Cancellation rate held below the published limit
- Customer rating at or above the published minimum
- A verified payout account in your business name
- Current business documentation — registration, insurance and any required licensing
- Accurate service-area and equipment details on your operator profile
Meeting these does not guarantee equipment availability or financing approval. It means your account can be considered for the program features you are asking about.
Configure first
Start with the equipment, not the paperwork.
Build the container you want quoted — system, size, hook height, color and branding — and send it as a pricing request. Nothing is committed until you say so.
Configuration is a pricing request, not an order. Availability and specifications vary by market.

Fleet expansion questions
What operators ask before they configure equipment or look at financing.
No. BINS APP is not a lender. We describe financing pathways that qualified operators may be able to access through third parties. Any financing decision, including whether it is offered at all, belongs to that third party.
No. Qualifying for a package inside the Operator Growth Program™ means you have met the performance requirements to request equipment. It is not an approval, a commitment or an offer of credit.
Pricing depends on the configuration, the market and the supply partner, so we do not publish figures. Configure the equipment you want and submit it as a pricing request, and we will come back with what is actually available to you.
A completed-job history on the platform inside the rolling review window, performance that clears the quality gate, a verified payout account and current business documentation. The published thresholds live in the Operator Performance Policy.
Yes. Direct purchase through the supply network is always available, and many operators add capacity in smaller stages as their volume grows.
