BINS APP respects the privacy of its users. Information collected may include name, contact information, location data, payment details, and usage data.
Name, address, contact details, GPS for service tracking
Location and Service Coordination
Location data may be used to identify available dumpster operators and improve service coordination.
Use of Information
User information may be used to improve services, communicate updates, and process transactions. BINS APP does not sell personal information to third parties.
Facilitate transactions, improve service, marketing
Secure Payments
Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors and is not stored directly by BINS APP.
Information Sharing
Information may be shared with independent operators solely for the purpose of completing orders placed through the platform.
We do NOT sell user data. Security: We use SSL encryption and cloud-based security
Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their personal information by contacting BINS APP support.
Users may delete accounts and request data removal
Governing law
BINS APP CORP is located in Orlando, FL. This document is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
The state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida are the agreed venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this document, except where applicable law requires a different venue. Nothing here is intended to waive a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
