Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BINS APP mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. BINS APP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violating these terms.
Service Overview
BINS APP provides a digital marketplace connecting dumpster owners with individuals and businesses seeking dumpster rental services. BINS APP is not a dumpster operator and does not own or control any dumpsters listed on the platform.
BINS APP is a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent dumpster operators. BINS APP does not own, operate, or control the dumpsters listed on the platform. Users agree that BINS APP acts solely as a platform facilitating connections between customers and independent operators.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during account registration and order placement. Customers are responsible for ensuring dumpsters are used in compliance with local regulations and these Terms of Service.
Users agree not to misuse the app, provide false information, conduct illegal dumping, or harass vendors/customers. BINS APP reserves the right to ban any user or vendor for misconduct.
Fees & Payments
We charge a 15% platform fee on each transaction. Customers will also see two optional insurance services automatically added at checkout:
- $49 Cancellation Insurance (Opt-out): Covers last-minute cancellations.
- $39 Driveway Protection (Opt-out): Covers potential property damage during drop-off/pick-up.
Users can manually deselect these add-ons if not desired.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations without the $49 protection will be subject to vendor specific fees. Refunds are not guaranteed unless protection was purchased.
Service Limitations
BINS APP does not guarantee availability, delivery times, or service completion by independent operators. Users agree that BINS APP is not responsible for damages, delays, service interruptions, or disputes arising between customers and independent operators.
Prohibited Use
Users agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or for the disposal of prohibited materials. BINS APP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
BINS APP is not liable for property damage, delays, non-performance, or injuries related to dumpster usage. Vendors are independent and fully responsible for their services.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
BINS APP reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing law
BINS APP CORP is located in Orlando, FL. This document is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
The state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida are the agreed venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this document, except where applicable law requires a different venue. Nothing here is intended to waive a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
