Packages are performance-gated. Your account is measured on completed jobs in a rolling window, completion rate, on-time delivery, cancellation rate and customer rating, along with a verified payout account and current business documents. Current thresholds are published in the Operator Performance Policy.
No. BINS APP is not a lender. Financing is described as pathways that qualified operators may access, and any financing is provided by third parties and subject to their approval. A package unlocking does not mean financing is approved.
No. You can run your own company branding and your own fleet colors. BINS APP branding is optional, and choosing it does not change who owns the equipment or the business.
No. A configuration is a request for pricing. It does not reserve equipment and it is not a purchase. Availability, specifications and lead times vary by market and supply partner.
