All technology, designs, business processes and visual elements used by BINS APP CORP are protected under United States intellectual property law. Nothing on the platform transfers ownership of any of it to a user, a customer, an operator or a commercial account.
Trademarks
The following names and marks are used by BINS APP CORP to identify the platform and its programs, and are asserted as trademarks of BINS APP CORP.
- BINS APP
- BINS APP CORP
- BINS Universe
- BINS APP Operator Growth Program™
This list is not exhaustive, and the absence of a name or logo from it is not a waiver of any right in it. The BINS APP logo, wordmark, color treatment and container graphics are also protected.
Copyright
The text, photography, illustration, iconography, layout, interface design, source code and compiled output of the platform are protected by copyright. So is the selection and arrangement of the material on it.
Copyright in customer and operator content — including photographs you upload for a quote and material you submit to your account — remains yours. By submitting it you grant BINS APP a license to host, process and share it as needed to operate the platform and deliver the service you requested, as described in the Privacy Policy and the AI & Data Policy.
Patent notice
A federal utility patent application covering aspects of the BINS APP platform was filed in early 2024. Patent rights are asserted to the extent available under United States law.
What you may do

- Link to public pages on the site without alteration or framing that misrepresents the source.
- Refer to BINS APP by name, accurately, to describe the platform you use.

- Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice on platform material.
- State or imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.
Unauthorized reproduction, imitation or misappropriation of any part of this platform will be pursued. BINS APP CORP reserves all rights and remedies available to it.
No implied license
Access to the platform grants no license to any BINS APP intellectual property except the limited, revocable rights expressly described here or in a signed agreement. Nothing on the platform should be read as granting a right by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
Third-party marks
Names and logos of third parties that appear on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used to identify their services. These include, among others, Stripe for payments, Google and Google Maps for address services, Firebase for notification delivery, and the Apple App Store and Google Play for application distribution.
Their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse BINS APP, and it does not grant you any right to use their marks.
Infringement and takedown requests
If you believe material on the platform infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice so it can be routed to the right team for review. Include the following so we can act on it.
- Identification of the work or mark you say is infringed, including a registration number if you have one.
