The terms independent service providers accept to operate on the platform.

This Operator Agreement governs the relationship between independent dumpster operators and the BINS APP platform.
Independent Business Relationship
Operators using the BINS APP platform are independent businesses. Nothing in this agreement creates any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between BINS APP and the operator.
Insurance and Compliance
Operators are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles, dumpsters, and business operations. Operators must comply with all local disposal regulations and environmental laws.
Service Standards
Operators must fulfill orders they accept through the platform and provide services in a professional and lawful manner. Operators are responsible for safe placement and removal of dumpsters. BINS APP may suspend or remove operators who fail to meet service standards.
Fees and Commissions
Operators agree that BINS APP may collect service fees or commissions on transactions processed through the platform.
Account Suspension
BINS APP reserves the right to suspend or remove operator accounts for non-compliance, unsafe placement, repeated cancellations, or low performance scores.
Governing law
BINS APP CORP is located in Orlando, FL. This document is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
The state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida are the agreed venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this document, except where applicable law requires a different venue. Nothing here is intended to waive a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
