Operator Growth Program™
Priority Placement
Visibility on BINS APP is influenced by what your account actually does — accepted jobs, on-time delivery, completions, cancellations and ratings. It is earned, and it is never sold.
- Performance-based
- Not purchasable
- Measured on a rolling window
The signals
What placement is measured on
These are the inputs. Current thresholds and the exact measurement method are published in the Operator Performance Policy.
Acceptance
Whether you respond to eligible job alerts in your service area, and how consistently.
On-time delivery
Delivering and picking up inside the committed window, measured against the job record.
Completion
Jobs you accept and see through to completion inside the rolling review window.
Cancellation rate
Jobs cancelled after acceptance. This is weighted heavily because it costs the customer their day.
Customer rating
What customers report after the job, aggregated across your recent work.
Account standing
Verified payout account, current documentation and no unresolved compliance issues.
What placement is not
No pay-to-win.
Being clear about this matters more than marketing it. Customers are matched with operators who perform, which is the only version of this that works for either side.
- Placement is not for sale and cannot be purchased at any price
- Paying for equipment or financing does not change placement
- Advertising spend has no effect on placement
- Placement is not permanent — it reflects recent, measured performance
- Placement does not guarantee a specific number of jobs or any level of revenue
Improving your standing
What actually moves the needle
None of this is a trick. It is the same behavior that keeps customers coming back to you directly.
Keep your service area accurate
You can only be considered for work you are actually set up to cover. Stale coverage settings quietly cost you alerts.
Respond to eligible alerts
Consistent, timely responses are a stronger signal than occasional bursts of activity.
Protect your on-time record
Only accept what you can deliver inside the window. One reliable can beats three overcommitted ones.
Avoid cancellations after acceptance
If something changes, communicate early. Late cancellations carry the heaviest weight.
Keep documentation current
Expired insurance or documentation can pull your account out of eligibility regardless of how well you are performing.

Placement questions
Straight answers about how visibility is decided.
No. Placement is influenced by measured performance and account standing. It is not purchasable, and no amount of spend on equipment, financing or advertising changes it.
Acceptance of eligible jobs, on-time delivery and pickup, completion rate, cancellation rate, customer rating and account standing, measured over a rolling window so recent work carries the most weight.
No. Placement influences visibility for eligible work. Actual job volume depends on customer demand in your market, your service area, your capacity and your pricing.
Performance is measured over a rolling window, so improvements show up as recent jobs replace older ones. A single bad week is recoverable; a sustained pattern is what moves the number.
Current thresholds, how each signal is measured and how disputes are handled are published in the Operator Performance Policy.
