John P. Zaloum is an entrepreneur and real estate developer based in Orlando, Florida, operating at the intersection of construction, logistics, and technology innovation.

After years managing development and construction projects, John experienced firsthand how an essential industry still relied on phone calls, paper dispatch, and outdated workflows. That experience led to the creation of Bins App, a technology marketplace designed to modernize cleanup, debris logistics, and dumpster operations nationwide.

Built to empower independent operators, Bins App gives local dumpster owners and haulers the tools to compete, grow, and scale while helping contractors and property owners manage projects more efficiently through mobile booking, real-time dispatch, tracking, and workflow automation.

Today, Bins App is expanding beyond dumpsters into a broader cleanup ecosystem — connecting hauling, junk removal, and jobsite logistics into one seamless platform designed to keep projects moving from demolition through final cleanup.

In addition to founding Bins App, John serves as President & CEO of Cenzo R.E. Developments Corp, leading multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects including acquisitions, entitlements, construction management, redevelopment, and high-rise pre-development planning in downtown Orlando.

Previously, John founded PostinShare, a patented social commerce marketplace whose concepts were later adopted at scale by major platforms, strengthening his background in intellectual property strategy, disruptive technology, and startup growth.

Fluent in English and Spanish, John brings a multicultural perspective to leadership and remains actively involved in community initiatives, including New Hope for Kids, where his UCF Cornerstone team exceeded fundraising goals by 400%.

John’s long-term vision is to build the infrastructure powering the cleanup economy — empowering entrepreneurs, strengthening local businesses, and modernizing an industry that supports every construction and development project nationwide.
